Why JET? The JET program was the best choice to fulfill my dream of teaching English in Japan. I put my career as a movie theater general manager on hold so I could participate in the JET Program. I plan on being in Hokkaido for a few years.

Why the HAJET PC? The need for a new webmaster and to create a HAJET forum was there, so I volunteered my time and resources. I wanted to give something back to the ALT community in Hokkaido and this seemed like a great way to do it while having fun.
