How to Join

So you’ve heard all about us and you want to join HAJET?  Well, it’s easy!   Choose the New Member form and fill it out. Then follow  the instructions for sending us your information and HAJET dues and you’re officially a HAJET member.  If you  have any problems or questions, please contact the Secretary and President at secretary@hajet.org  and president@hajet.org

HAJET Membership Policy:

1) One Year Membership = 3,000 Yen

• Begins on the month applied
• Ends twelve months later. e.g. Joined January 2011 – Ends Januardy 2012
• At the end of the membership year, the member has the option to renew the One Year Membership or Pay 5,000 Yen for the Lifetime Membership, please be sure to contact the Secretary (secretary@hajet.org).

2) Life Time Membership = 5,000 Yen

Note:
Membership Change:

• New Members will be given a Grace Period of 2 months to change their membership status from One Year to Lifetime and only pay the difference between the One Year membership and Lifetime membership.
• The 2 month Grace Period begins after the month of application. e.g. Joined on August, 2 month Grace Period until October.
• They must contact the Secretary (secretary@hajet.org) and express their intentions to change their status within the 2 month Grace Period.

Upgrades:

• Anything outside of the 2 month Grace Period, will be a membership upgrade.
  The member will pay 3,000 yen to upgrade from a One Year membership to a Lifetime Membership.
• They must contact the Secretary  (secretary@hajet.org) and pay for their upgrade within their One Year membership.
